World's cheapest Michelin-Starred in Singapore



Located at Chinatown which is Singapores largest Hawker centre. Michelin Starred food in just £2. Cheapest food available. You don't have to drop hundred pounds for delious meal now a days.



 Singapore's first Michelin Guide launched which immediate hecome a star of Chan Hong Meng whose age is 51 years. He was one of the two street Hawker to have the award bestowed on them when  Michelin launched its Singapore dining guide.  A plate of one Michelin starred soya sauce with chicken and rice served. It costs only $2 which make about £1.14 which is not considered sometimes.


The stall itself is fairly unremarbakle by Singapore standards. It is just a stall which owns half of the population. There is so crowed around it


The new expansion seats 80 diners and still includes take away ervice, whitch is a necessity: on Hawker chan's second soft opening day, an ever growing line of tourists the stall, where people wait for several hours.




There no air comdiotion room, no cabins to side inside because it is not a proper restaurant it is stalk where you wait for you meal and take away .The street is full of stalls. Diners jostl in the aisles between tables, balancing plates and bowls containg stuff of hot food on simple plastic tray you got. There is troly which is cleaned by the people standing of stalls which are workers

 The chef is treated like celebraity that everyone's eyes stuck on him that how he is making. Some people make photos after asking an chef answer them ''sure" which means that he has little time to do little conversation with his happy customers. This also show knack to deal all things a a time, some make videos because he inspires them.




He hadn't expected such honour when he fist received an invitation to the Michelin Guide Singapore Gala dinner. Where he was awarede because of his recipe

It consist of different dishes such as Thai styke tofu and wonton soup in addition to platter.

 To get your meal you have to wait several hours because it takes time to get you delicious dish.

DESSING OF CHEF

The chef wear white shirt with folded sleeves, black apron and with black pent. Comed hair, common shoes and satisfied smile on his face.



We eat rice noodels chicken almost everyday it give us the mixture of all these but really different taste then any common taste.
