Unnoticed Ways to Lose Weight

1- Glass of water before your meal



Drink a glass of water when you feel hungry and want to take meal. By drinking a glass of water will fill you stomach instead of drinking any cold drink, coffee, tea, etc. These liquids contain calories in it but water don't. It is not easy to drink coffee or anyother dirnk frequently than water. Moreover water fills you stomach and by this you will be able to eat less compared to before.

2- Have healthy breakfast



In the moring we don't even like to go to kitchen so how can we cook heavy breakfast instead of making a cup of tea. But the work we have to do is to make a very healthy sandwich. In this sandwich you need to put the vegatables of your choice. It is best to take light breakfast to lose your weight, so you have to control your hunger to take better meal  in luch.


3- Fiber



By eating vegetables full of fiber will help the least absorbtion of fats and calories in your body. Fiber help in digesting the food more quickly than the food without fiber. Vegetables, fruits and grains contain great amount of fiber in it. So these fiber contain edible contain most of its area free from calories that's wahy they are most prefferable food to eat when you are on diet.

4- Bed is calling you



Yes, by taking proper sleep will really help you in weight losing. It's real, because sleepy people take short cuts. When you feel sleepy you may take a cup of coffee or some times snacks like lays, chips etc.


 Furthermore, you avoid gym when you feel drowy which gives really bad impect on you health. And when you feel hungry and it disturbes your diet routine then go sleep on you stomach for little time. It will reduce the intensity of hunger.

5- Check Calories of food before eating



Try to take least fatty food because it contain more calories per gram then carbohydrates and proteins.


Before eating lays, chips, creamy biscuits etc check its calories first. Many delicious junk food don't contain much calories. So the right choice of food will help you.

6-  Reduce the portion size of your food



 We get fat due to over eating. If you eat 1 plate of rice then reduce it to half plate of rice. In start you will face trouble doing this due to the need of stomach.


 But slowly it becomes the part of your routine to eat less, and the nees of your stomsch will reduce.

7- Sellecting Nutrients



Stop starving and eat some food of nutrients. Some of them are carrot, yogurt, fruits, etc statisfay your urge for a treat and it full fills the requirments because body get what it want without intaking lots of food.
