What to eat Before and After workout?



Eating before and after exercise really have effect on your body. Filling your body with proper food will prepare you to do next work. When people feel tired of low energy level, this is due to improper diet taken. If your are not giving your body proper nutrients, you will feel weak.


Before exercise



Eat 1 hour before or 2 to 3 hours before, depending upon the ability of your stomach to digest. If your digestion is slow then take your meal accordingly. If you eat meal of containg fat then obviously it will take more time to digest instead of taking food of less fat. Moreover, problem create when you still gave food in your stomach undigested and you start doing exercise. This can cause you severe vomiting, feel pain in stomach and nausea. You may heard the people saying that he get sick due to excessive exercise and to eat and to avoid before exercise.




It is better to choose the food with low fats because by this you will progress more. If there time atlwast 2 to 3 hours then you can eat full meal because you have plenty of time to digest your food.


Furthermore if you have less time to digest your food then you are suggested to take very light snacks which includes fruits, vegatable sandwich so that you may digest before exercise. Therefore your body can not digest any hard or solid food in 45 to 30 minutes. It is not a big issue to take which meal and to avoid what. You are just recomaned to take your food according to the time before exercise.

Meal After Workout



After exercise it is very important to take good food because if you will not do so, then you will feel weak and tired. You will get bored of eating everyday single type of meal and your interest will reduce. Keepon changing your food type so that your schedule can get some excitement everyday. You may eat food which contain carbohydrates and protien. Alwaysbtry to eat fresh food instead of eating preserved food in fridge.

Fats

Fats are the main source of energy. It is sugested to use the amount of fats which is healthy for you such as you can eat nuts, seed, and avocados. But excess amount of fats are dangerous and can casue serious healh problems.
